1) Who we are & what this covers

We are Fotoshoot, registered in Denmark under business registration DK34509581.
Our address is Kongevejen 61, 2800 Kgs. Lyngby, Denmark.

We offer self-portrait photography sessions and small creative events. By booking or using our studio, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2) Definitions

Client — the person or group making the booking.
Session — the time slot reserved with us.
Studio — our space and any equipment, props, or facilities we provide.

3) Booking, payment & gift cards

  • How to book: You can book online or by contacting us directly. Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received.

  • What’s included: The length of your session, number of photos, and any add-ons are listed when you book. If we ever spot a pricing error, we’ll correct it and let you know if it affects your booking.

  • Gift cards:

    • Gift cards don’t expire, unless an expiry date is clearly stated on the card.

    • Unused gift cards can be refunded within 30 days of purchase, provided no booking has been made using them.

    • Gift cards can’t be exchanged for cash, but you can upgrade to a larger package by paying the difference between the purchase price of the card and the desired package.

4) Cancellations, rescheduling & refunds

Because sessions are booked for a specific time, cancellations and reschedules are handled as follows:

  • You can reschedule once, free of charge, if you contact us at least 24 hours before your start time (subject to availability).

  • If you cancel more than 72 hours before your session, we can offer a studio credit or voucher for a like-for-like session.

  • Cancellations within 72 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.

  • If Fotoshoot needs to cancel for any reason (for example, technical issues or unforeseen circumstances), you’ll be offered a reschedule or a full refund.

5) Promotions & special offers

Occasionally, we run promotions, bundle packages, or pop-up sessions. Each has its own terms, but unless otherwise stated, our regular cancellation and rescheduling policy still applies.
Discount codes and offers:

  • One code per booking.

  • Non-transferable, no cash value.

  • Can’t be combined with other offers or discounts.

  • We may withdraw or amend offers at any time.

6) Session timing

Your session starts and ends at the time you’ve booked. We can not extend your time due to a late arrival. You may be able to purchase more time but it is not guaranteed. Leaving early doesn’t entitle guests to a refund or credit.

7) Studio rules - use & equipment

We prepare the setup before your session — camera, lighting, backdrop, and mirror are ready for you. For your safety and to protect the equipment, you’re not permitted to move or adjust the camera, lighting, backdrop, or mirror. If you’re unsure of anything during your session, please ask before proceeding.

a) Arrive in good time

Your session starts and ends at the time you’ve booked.

We recommend that you plan to arrive 15 minutes before your shoot so we could provide an introduction and answer any questions. You are welcome to arrive up to 30 minutes before your scheduled time, which could be helpful in order to relax and prepare before your session begins.

b) Respect the space

  • No food or drinks inside the studio.

  • No touching the mirror, camera, lighting, or backdrop.

  • Avoid dirty clothing / shoes; remove shoes, wear socks, or use shoe covers provided.

  • No confetti or glitter — as pretty as they are, they cause permanent damage to equipment.

  • No hanging or taping items to the walls or backdrop.

  • Please make us aware of any props that you have with you and intend to use in the studio.

c) Keep it clean
Please leave the studio as you found it — gather all your belongings and return any props you used. You will be required to pay for any required cleanup.

d) Safety first

  • Absolutely no fire, smoking, or vaping anywhere inside the building.

  • Alcohol, drugs, or illegal substances are not allowed.

  • No one visibly intoxicated will be permitted to enter.

  • The space may only be used for self-portrait photography, using our equipment, or for other pre-approved creative purposes.

d) Be considerate
Keep music and conversation at a friendly, reasonable volume. Avoid content, language, or behaviour that could be considered offensive or unsafe.

e) Fair use
Your booking time is reserved for you to take self-portraits — please use it only for its intended purpose. If the session is not being used appropriately or you are being indecent, or our staff will step in and ask you and all guests to leave. If this occurs then you forfeit your session and right to photos. Criminal acts will be reported to the police.

It is not allowed to livestream from our studio without prior written permission from our team before your booking.

f) Pets
If your pet joins you, please follow the Fotoshoot Pet Terms — they must be on a lead or lap, well behaved, and under your full supervision.

8) Capacity, guests, minors & pets

Our studio comfortably fits up to 6 people. If you would like to bring more people or hold an event with us please write to us at the time of your booking.
Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
If you’d like to bring a pet, please tell us at the time of booking. You’ll need to agree to our Pet Terms before your session. Your pet counts as one guest.

9) Post-session & cleaning

Please leave the studio as you found it.
Return props and gather all your belongings before you leave.
If extra cleaning or repairs are needed, an additional fee may apply.

10) Lost property

We will hold lost items for 30 days. After that, we may donate them.
Fotoshoot is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

11) Damage, liability & indemnity

You’re responsible for any damage caused by you or your guests during your visit.
Fotoshoot’s liability is limited to direct, foreseeable losses caused by our own negligence.
We’re not responsible for indirect or business-related losses.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Danish law.

12) Insurance (when applicable)

For commercial or company bookings, we may require proof of valid liability insurance. This doesn’t apply to regular private sessions.

13) Image handling & delivery

Your photos are processed automatically and delivered digitally after your session.
Files remain available for a specific number of days after your session date based on which package you have purchased, then they’re automatically deleted. If you need longer access please inquire with us as there may be the possibility to extend the availability for a fee.
We never use your images for our own marketing without your explicit consent.

14) Changes to services or terms

We occasionally update our terms, pricing, or services to improve the experience or reflect legal changes. Any updates will be posted online, and the version active at the time of booking applies to your session.

15) Governing law & disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Danish law.
Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Kongens Lyngby, Denmark.
