No stress — we’ve gathered the most common questions (and answers) so you know exactly what to expect before stepping in front of the lens.

Our studio comfortably fits up to 6 people at a time. Our classic package includes 1-4 people. Deluxe package is a good choice for up to 6.
If you’re a larger group, we recommend that. you contact us as we may be able to make some adjustments to accommodate more people and book a longer session so everyone gets enough time in front of the camera. -
Yes, absolutely! 🐾 We’re very pet-friendly.
Just let us know when you book so we can share our short Pet Terms with you.
Pets should be clean, calm, and kept on a lead or lap while in the studio. Any accidental damage or extra cleaning will need to be covered by the owner. -
You can reschedule once, free of charge, up to 24 hours before your session (subject to availability).
Cancellations for a refund or credit require at least 72 hours’ notice.

Our studio is on the ground floor, with easy accessibility.
If you’re bringing a stroller, wheelchair or need help, we’re happy to assist — just let us know of any special needs before you arrive. Toilets are accessible by stairs.
Booking your fotoshoot

We don’t have an in-house stylist, so it’s best to arrive camera-ready.
You’re more than welcome to bring your own hair or makeup artist and do your finishing touches here — there’s a big mirror and good light for that. -
Keep it simple — that’s the secret.
For black & white photos, strong contrasts (black, white, navy, beige) look fantastic.
For colour photos, clean, solid tones photograph well — busy prints or bright colors can dominate the frame so choose those intentionally. If you are a group you could plan ahead to create a nice complementary tone.
Basically: wear what makes you feel confident and comfortable! -
There’s really no right or wrong way — just come as you!
If you’d like, bring a few outfit options, some reference photos, or even your favourite playlist to set the mood.
Honestly, the best photos usually happen when you relax and have fun but of course we have also prepared a little guide for you here.
Before your fotoshoot

As many as you take!
You’re in full control of the remote — every time you click, it captures a photo that will be sent to you after the session.
In a 40 minute session guests typically take 150 - 350 photos. -
Within 24 hours after your fotoshoot you will receive a link to your photo gallery. It will be sent to the email address you provided during your booking.
If you do not receive a link to your photo gallery, please check your spam folder and then contact usYour photo gallery and photos are automatically deleted after the number of days specified in your session package.
We can keep your photo gallery available for a longer period of time for a storage fee. Please let us know before the expiration if you would like to book an extension. -
Your fotoshoot session and all resulting photos are private — only you receive them.
They’re processed automatically and delivered securely via link to the email address you provide to us during your booking. We don’t review, use, or share your photos unless you’ve given us permission. Photos are monitored only if there is a problem or at the start of a session in order to ensure there are no issues.All files are automatically deleted from the gallery in the timeframe described in your session package.
We can keep your photos available in your gallery for a longer period of time for a storage fee. Please let us know before the expiration. -
All photos are automatically processed with our signature preset before delivery to your gallery. The photos are not individually retouched. You are welcome to inquire if you would like us to manually edit/retouch any of your photos.
You’ll receive the full set in digital format and can do any extra tweaks, edits, or crops right on your phone if you wish. -
Yes, you can!
Just choose your favourite photos and contact us — we are happy to provide an offer for professional retouching. -
Our setup delivers stunning professional photos. Our lighting and camera are of professional quality that you would find in most photography studios.
The photos are automatically processed and the resulting photos are around 3–6 MB each, perfect for professional printing in small to medium sizes or posting online.
Your fotoshoot photos

Once your session begins, it’s just you (and whoever you bring). You control the camera, and the space is yours for the duration of your booking. If you need help we will be in the foto lounge just next door.

You’ll see the live reflection in the mirror as you pose, and that’s very close to the final result.
We recommend focusing on experimenting with expressions and poses rather than checking along the way — it keeps the flow fun and spontaneous.
The Deluxe package offers the possibility to take a mini-break and review your photos before continuing. -
There is a mix of modern and classic chairs, stools, and props in the studio, which are available for you to use in your photos.
Do you have a favorite hat, photo of your grandmother, flowers, computer, work uniform, hobby project or other personal items that you’d like to have in your photos? You are welcome to bring these along with you, just make us aware of any props that you plan to take into the studio. -
The length of your session depends on your booking. Our Classic session lasts 40 minutes, while the Deluxe session is 80 minutes.
There’s a timer in the room to help you keep track of your remaining time. Please note that the session starts at the scheduled time and can’t be paused — if you leave the room, your session time will continue to run.
